Early Arrivals

Elida & Peter will be arriving on the 30th of March to make final preparations for the wedding. Guests are not required to be in Cabo at this time, but you are welcome to arrive as early as Monday, March 28th to take advantage of the discounted room rate.

Guests Arrive

We are asking all of our guests to arrive by Thursday, March 31st to begin the wedding weekend. You will check-in to the JW Marriott and receive your welcome kit with info for the weekend, but you can also check back here for details. The site will have you covered with everything you need to know :)

Drinks Downtown

As people roll in on Thursday we will be keeping things casual and hanging out at the pool and hotel during the day. Plan to grab dinner at your leisure, but we’ll be going out for drinks in Downtown San Jose del Cabo as a group. More details to come.

Hang out & Chill

Plan to hangout at the pool with everyone during the day. Feel free to use this time as you’d like. We won’t be having a formal dinner with everyone that evening so plan your own dinner reservations accordingly. There are restaurants at the hotel or lots of great places in the nearby arts district of Downtown San José del Cabo. More information to be shared closer to the wedding date.

Family Rehearsal Dinner

The families of Elida & Peter will be going to Lumbre in the arts district of downtown San José del Cabo. A car service will come to pick up the family members from the hotel at a to be determined time. More information to be shared closer to the wedding date.

Get Ready

Elida and Peter will be getting ready in the Bridal Room & Grooms Room. For those who will be getting ready with them we will share the room numbers so that you can come hang out.

Guests can grab breakfast in the hotel restaurant or have snacks poolside in the morning at their leisure. Please be dressed and ready to leave by TBD. More information to be shared closer to the wedding date.

Rides to Venue

We will be coordinating group transportation from the hotel to the venue. Please be dressed, ready to go and at the TBD location 15 min prior to departure. More information to be shared closer to the wedding date.

Ceremony

We will be getting married on the aptly named, Lover’s Lawn. You’ll want to grab your seat about TBD minutes before the ceremony.

Cocktail hour

Drinks will be during sunset on the rooftop of Acre.

Dinner

We will be having a family style dinner on the rooftop as well. Please note any dietary restrictions we should know about on your RSVP.

Post-Dinner Drinks

Following dinner we will move into the Blue Room to close out the evening with drinks, dessert and spots to post-up and hang out.

Rides back to JW Marriott

We will be providing group transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night. More information to be shared closer to the wedding date.

Post-Wedding

Most of our guests will be checking out of the hotel and returning home on Sunday. We won’t be doing a formal send off post-wedding so feel free to sleep in or relax! I know we will be doing both!

Guests are welcome to stay and enjoy their vacation post-wedding with no further wedding obligations. Thanks for coming!
