Accommodations
Stay at the JW Marriott.
We’ve secured a room block at the JW Marriott Los Cabos Beach Resort & Spa. The property is gorgeous and will be a great spot for everyone to convene and have a relaxing time. We are asking that everyone stay at the JW Marriott so that we can all be together to hang out and make the weekend more enjoyable.
Please use the link provided below to make sure you get the group rate and use up the rooms in our block. Your room must be booked by December 31st, 2021 in order to receive the group rate.
Room Rate: $249/per night (rate valid March 28th - April 6th if you would like to come early or stay late)

Flights
Flying to Cabo.
Our guests will be flying into Cabo San Lucas, Mexico from all over the country and some locations may only have one nonstop flight option per day. Flight prices tend to fluctuate and we would recommend setting a flight alert if you’re looking to buy at the right time. We would also recommend checking into the cancellation policy with your airline in case of a covid emergency. Delta has had generous cancellation policies and great precautionary procedures. If you fly in Delta’s Main Cabin or higher your cancellation or rescheduling of a flight is included with no extra fees. For this reason, we recommend you DO NOT purchase economy seats as they are non-refundable in case of Covid emergencies or border closures. Peter and Elida will be flying in on Wednesday March 30th via Delta Airlines in preparation for the wedding.

Transportation
Schedule a ride.
We have contracted a rate with a local car service that can provide easy and cost effective transportation to and from the airport. If you book transportation through them they will pick you up from the airport with a sign that has your name to take you to the JW Marriott. They will also meet you at the hotel at a scheduled time, post check-out, to take you to the airport. It will be cheaper to organize a ride through this service than scheduling a ride through the hotel. It’s not required that you use this service, but we wanted to give you an easy and reliable option to make your travel as convenient as possible.
An SUV can fit 1 to 6 people and is $70 USD each way.
